Voor de fans!
Het goede nieuws van enkele duizenden Nederlandse fans die afreizen naar Johannesburg om aldaar Nederland wereldkampioen te zien worden tovert een glimlach op mijn gezicht. Helaas zal niet iedereen het stadion inkunnen, aangezien de kaartjes voor de finale uitverkocht zijn. Een geweldig alternatief zijn de Fifa Fan Fests, waarvan er twee gestationeerd zijn in Johannesburg. Lieve fans, kom allemaal naar Sandton of Soweto (de laatste heeft de grootste capaciteit) voor een geweldige stadion-achtige ervaring!

We are now showing "withdrawal symptoms" after the SWC. Everything back to normal with the Boks (our national rugby team) not doing too well in the Tri-nations series.

Dear Paul,
It would be a shame when this blog dies a silent death, just because there are so many interesting and beautiful things about South Africa where we can write about! I promise you that I from now on will post a new blog every week. I hope you and others will read it!
